1.3 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on our Tracking Page to check the status of your delivery.

1.4 What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking details first. If it’s still delayed, contact our support team at customer@aurathebox.com
